Josephine, 89, passed away October 15, 2024, at home surrounded by family and caregivers. Josephine was born July 12, 1935, in Trinidad to Mike and Sarah (Veltri) Sacco as the third of four children. She had two brothers, Ralph and Joe Sacco, and has one sister Anna Marie (Sacco) Holderness. Josephine grew up in Hoehne and graduated from Hoehne High School. She worked at Moses Department Store and Montgomery Wards Catalogue Department. She married Gerald D. Robb in August of 1956, and they lived a wonderful life together for 59 years. They have one son, Michael, who now resides in Trinidad. Josephine was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker. She loved and lived her time caring for family and provided a home environment second to none. No one ever left her home hungry as she was a fabulous cook whose specialty was homemade ravioli and rigatoni and meatballs. This was her life’s work, and she also provided great support for Jerry and worked part time at his pharmacy, Marketime Drugs, for 33 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jerry, parents Mike and Sarah, brothers Ralph and Joe. She is survived by her son Michael, sister Anna Marie, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She dearly loved the Robb, Sacco, and Veltri heritage.
Josephine leaves a legacy of love and kindness and defines the title of homemaker. She shall be greatly missed and joyfully remembered.
